These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site is operated by RAW Athletic Club LLC, which operates the Port St. Lucie club, and Revive Health & Wellness Stuart, LLC, which operates the Stuart club. Both are Florida limited liability companies with a mailing address at 2300 SW Gateway Place, Suite 150, Stuart, FL 34997.
This site gives information about our clubs and lets you ask us to contact you. It does not sell memberships and it does not create a membership. Memberships are set up in person at the club, under a separate agreement that you sign there. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept online, and nothing here changes the terms of a membership agreement you have already signed.
You must be 18 or over to submit the form on this site. If you are under 18 and want to train with us, a parent or guardian must enrol you at the club and sign on your behalf.
The offer advertised on this site is subject to these conditions.
It is available to people who have not held a membership at either club and have not used a trial at either club before. It applies at the club you select when you enquire. It runs for the number of consecutive days stated on the site, starting on your first visit. It is limited to one per person. It cannot be combined with another offer and has no cash value. Government-issued identification may be required at the club. We may change or withdraw the offer at any time, and we will honour it for anyone who has already claimed it before the change.
When you submit the form you confirm that the details you give are yours and are correct. You agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your enquiry. If you tick the text message box, you agree that we may also contact you by text. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Exercise carries risk. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised for some time. You take part in any activity at our clubs at your own risk, under the terms of the membership agreement and waiver you sign at the club.
The text, photographs, video, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may look at them and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. The RAW Athletic Club name and logo are our marks.
The site links to other websites, including our online shop. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply when you are on them.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that prices, hours, equipment and facilities are always up to date, or that the site is always available. Facilities and hours can change. Call the club to check before you travel.
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to cover our costs and losses if they arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
